In the very first episode of the Blume Saloon, a sort-of book club, Jody and Alison talk about their love of Judy Blume and dive into chapters 1-5 of “Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret.” They also explore the censorship controversy surrounding Judy's books and set the tone for life in 1970.
